Carrie is a 17 year
old resident of Scarborough Ontario.
She was born in Peru and moved to Canada when she was 13
year's old.
Carrie, is an ambitious woman and
believes that participating in national events such as
this will unite the community, and move them forward to
a totally different level more than anything.
Carrie sees Miss Latina Canada a
reflection of the Latin -Canadian experience, to
hold on to your culture while understanding Canadian
culture.
