This 5'9" Argentinean beauty hails from the world famous city of Buenos Aires. This is the second win from the Latin American country in Canada. Also a York University student, 21 year old Carolina is in her third year. In August of 2007 Carolina was nominated for the 2008 Latin-Canadian Goodwill ambassador.

 

As the first runner up in the 2006 national event, Carolina's stunning display at the 2006 national event captured the memories of producers and judges which ultimately led to the unanimous agreement that she should follow the footsteps of Mariana Valente.

 

Fluent in both English, Spanish, and German Carolina loves being in front of the camera.  Carolina was part of ES Team™ Productions launch of their online television network and became the host of a brand new online television show "The Hotspot",

 

Carolina's amazing public speaking ability has had her in high demand, hosting almost every Latin-Canadian concert, festival, and fundraiser in the Toronto and GTA area's.

 

Carolina is continuing her studies at York University, and resides with her family in Mississauga, Ontario.

Mariana Valente was crowned Miss Latina™ Canada 2007 at the St. Lawrence Center for Performing Arts in Toronto. As the first Brazilian and Portuguese speaking winner, Mariana paved the way for other Portuguese speaking participants. To date, Mariana has received the most media coverage of all the Miss Latina™ Canada titleholders.

 

Mariana travelled home to Brazil over the Christmas holidays where she continued to work on her charity B.A.S.E (Brazilian Association for Social and Educational Support); where she donated money that she raised here in Canada. News of her trip back home also garnered national media coverage in Brazil and Venezuela. 

 

Mariana was the first winner to travel to Hollywood, California where she visited the New York Film Academy at Universal Studios where she studied the one week acting for film workshop. During her trip she visited Beverly Hills, Rodeo Drive, the Hollywood Sign, and she also got the chance to meet international legend Steven Tyler from Aerosmith. 

 

Currently Mariana is continuing her studies at York University and is still pursuing a career in modeling.

Giselle Stephanie Moya was crowned Miss Latina™ Canada 2006 in front of a sold out audience in on January 28, 2006. Her explanation of what it meant to be a Hispanic Woman in Canada floored both judges and producers.

 

The 21 year old student of the University of Toronto had the opportunity to be the Canadian spokesperson for the Canadian stretch of the Aventura worldwide tour. Her win led her to being cast as the main lead in Jelleestone and Divine Brown's music video "I'm With You" that aired on MuchMusic on high rotation.

 

Giselle was also the first national winner to travel to South America during her reign. Travelling back home to her country of heritage Ecuador; Giselle had the opportunity to spend time with the queens of Ecuador, including making appearances on both the national papers "El Commercio" and television station "Gamavision". Her visit to Ecuador also managed to make news in Venezuela.

 

Giselle competed in the 2006 Ms Latina World pageant held in Dallas, Texas where she placed in the Top 10.

Daniela Cruz was the first Miss Latina™ Canada under ES Team™ Productions. On April 26th, 2005, Daniela won the first national title at the Markham Theatre for Performing Arts. News of her win here in Canada immediately graced pages in her native hometown of San Juan, Argentina.

 

The 20 year old philosophy and communications student at York University, Daniela made a number of appearances in Toronto, and was a special guest on a number of television programs. Her win led to the invite from TeleLatino to compete for a hosting position by competing on Talento Latino. Daniela also became a favourite with the Toronto Sun, being featured twice as the Sunshine Girl as well as landing in the competition for the annual Toronto Sun calendar.

 

Daniela competed in the 2005 Ms Latina World pageant held in San Antonio, Texas placing in the top 10. After her win Daniela used her fame to launch Toyz Love International a non-profit organization that donates used stuffed animals to the less fortunate in Argentina. Daniela continues to model, and has made numerous appearances on Sun TV, Slice TV, and LatinShots.

In July of 2002 Stefany was appointed Miss Latina™ Canada 2003 by Dawn Ramos Productions, producers of Miss Latina World, Miss Latina USA, and Teen Latina USA pageant systems. Stefany attended the Miss Latina World 2003 pageant as the official Canadian representative in beautiful South Beach, Miami at the internationally renowned Rooney Palace Oceanfront Beach Resort.

 

The program was broadcast on TeleMundo Internacional where Stefany was awarded the honour of Miss Congeniality which was chosen by a vote from among the contestants. Her time there allowed her the opportunity to meet acclaimed rap artist 50 cent who was there to view the pageant. The then 20 year old returned home to Canada and was immediately signed with Carolyn's Model and Talent as well as featured spokesperson to the Yellow Brick House.

 

She went on place in the Top 8 Swimsuit finalist at Miss Canada International, as well as winning the award for Miss Entrepreneur at the Miss World Canada Regionals.

 

Today Stefany is the Executive Director and Associate Producer of ES Team™ Productions, and ES Team™ Television; the foremost company in productions of high entertainment and fashion events, and the also the license holder to many international pageant systems, including the owner of the internationally recognized Miss Latina™ Canada trademark.
