Putting the Facts First... The world of fashion, pageants and modeling is a very exciting place to be. It can also be very complicated and intimidating if you do not understand the process or standard industry practices. The glamourous side of things are what you see as a final product! The work and dedication to get there requires a lot of time commitment, and even then it can feel disappointing and unfair. The most important step that anyone should take when considering this as a career or even a hobby, is to fully understand these industries, and how you fit into the equation. You have to be thick skinned, confident in who you are, and understanding that at the end of the day no matter what happens - title or not, contract or not - there is more to you than what is on the surface. ES Team Productions, producers of Miss Latina Canada, developed this site to educate the media, the public, and interested candidates in how our organization operates. We pride our organization on operating transparently, and working on improving the publics understanding of how the pageant and modeling world works. This is the first step.
