ES Team™ Productions goals and objectives are a reflection of what our organization strives to reach for.  As our program changes, goals are adjusted to encompass changes.

1. ES Team™ Productions' main goal is to continue to bring national and international recognition to the contributions that cultural communities make in Canada.

2. ES Team™ Productions seeks to continuously find opportunities to provide individuals interested in pursuing a career in the fashion and entertainment industry, a platform to begin with a solid foundation and maximum public exposure.

3. ES Team™ Productions aims to have a full time paid executive staff member available to run the day to day operations of the organization, including building and strengthening relationships in Canada's entertainment and media community.

4. ES Team™ Productions' goal is to have the winner of the  Miss Latina® Canada title have a paid salary for the entire year of her reign.  This will ensure that the winner is able to concentrate on her education without having to be concerned about her financial situations.
